NAIAS: Setting "The Stage" for Detroit Hall in 2010
NAIAS has announced that in addition to the Michigan Hall Stage in Cobo Center's lower hall, there will be a second state-of-the-art stage on the main show floor in the Detroit Hall.
The new stage, complete with an 18-foot turntable, will be
available for use by NAIAS OEM exhibitors for presentations and/or
press events. There are no stage rental fees to OEMs and use of the
stage will be based on requests received and assigned on a
first-come, first-served basis. The space will accommodate seating
for 200 with additional standing space for up to 1,000. In
addition, NAIAS will provide exhibitors with amenities to
include:
2010 NAIAS Detroit Hall Stage
- A high-definition projection system that includes 16-foot by
9-foot screens at center, right and left of the stage
- Full teleprompter system access
- A sound system to include a 24-channel mixer, two podiums and
two wireless microphones and amplifiers
- Theatrical lighting with a full overhead truss system to
complement the stage as well as full rigging support and a control
console
Exhibitors can access the full list of amenities at www.naias.com,
and click on 'Exhibitor Access.'
At an additional cost, TVS Communication Solutions, a full-service
event and video production company, can provide a creative team of
dedicated event planners, producers, directors, technical and stage
managers to execute each event, ensuring a quality and professional
production.
Contact Carol Ofiara at the NAIAS (248-458-1114 or
cofiara@dada.org) for scheduling information. Contact Mike Zainea
at TVS Communications Solutions (248-362-3335 or
mzainea@tvstudios.com) for further information regarding your
technical requirements and production fees.
"Cost-effective solutions and innovation are what our exhibitors,
industry and show are all about," said 2010 NAIAS Chairman Doug
Fox. "It makes perfect sense for us to provide a staging area that
meets the expectations of our exhibitors and audiences. This new
venue has a complete high-definition experience with video,
projection, lighting, sound and graphics all in a turn-key venue.
We are providing maximum value with access to resources that
provide the ultimate service and experience--a great combination
for all involved."
